There’s an “in-house” beagle named Milu😁 大大大推港式麻辣雞！菜單上寫香菜是靈魂 ，一般上桌後會加入並爆炒。但店家還是很彈性的讓大家可以自己加💙先乾吃再加湯變麻辣鍋的吃法超特別，而且一上桌就香氣四溢。全雞連雞胸都不柴，腿肉更是軟嫩。加湯以後最後煮到半乾再下王子麵簡直絕配。 爆蒜蛤蠣鍋很鮮美，如果不吃辣這鍋絕對首選。 火鍋料推薦牛肉丸，看照片就知道它會爆汁🤤 牛肉推薦美國梅花牛和台灣牛胸肉。尤其牛胸肉的筋膜又脆又彈一定要吃。 豬肉推薦松阪豬，厚切的口感彈牙又滿足。 SUPER recommend the HK spicy pot! 🌶️Normally, they would add the cilantro and stir fry it into the pot at your table. Don’t worry if you don’t like cilantro (like me), they’re quite flexible and could set the cilantro on the side for you 😉 This whole method of a dry stir fry first then adding broth to make it a hot pot is quite unique and as soon as the pot arrived my nostrils👃🏻were flaring. It just smells tooooo good. There’s a whole chicken in this pot, even the chicken breast wasn’t dry, not to mention the tender thighs😋 When the soup simmers down and reduces to half once again, add some ramen noodles, it’s the besssttt. The garlic chicken and clam pot is savory and delicious. This would be your top choice if you don’t do spicy. For the hot pot ingredients, definitely get the beef meatballs. Just look at the photo, you KNOW it’s juicy af. For the beef, I recommend the Prime chuck eye roll and Taiwan short plate. The chuck eye roll is so good, just ineffable. The fascia in the short plate is crunchy and bouncy at the same time you have to try it. For the pork, get the pork neck of courseee. The thick slices are extra satisfying and bounce against your teeth.

之前在IG看到有人介紹在台北的港式"雞煲"火鍋 才發現了台北大安區這家店 可惜用餐當天喉嚨有點不適免得吃辣 點了蒜頭蛤蜊雞煲，湯底很甜雞肉很嫩 蛤蜊也不錯但煮太久會縮小 額外加點了牛小排跟蛤蜊 老闆跟闆娘人很好 店狗狗可愛！🐶

很棒的一間餐廳，老闆介紹菜單非常仔細，對待客人很有耐心，剛好吃飯的當下有一桌挑惕的顧客，老闆還是不厭其煩的解說，後續又拿出最好的態度服務所有顧客，令我非常敬佩。重點是食材新鮮、湯頭清甜好喝，之後經過還會想再來吃。

這鍋雞湯火鍋真的讓人驚艷！入口滿是熬煮的鮮甜，完全沒有油膩感，喝一口就暖到心坎裡。食材新鮮多樣，蔬菜、菇類、海鮮、肉片搭配得恰到好處，吸收了湯底的精華後更加鮮美。火鍋料份量十足，每一口都能感受到店家用心。整體氛圍舒適，服務人員親切又細心，讓用餐體驗加分。吃到最後湯頭依然清甜，不會混濁，絕對值得一試，是我的愛店名單！ 好愛提前預約的花椒雞湯跟避風塘炒蟹喔！有夠好吃😋跟一般外面的避風塘炒蟹完全不一樣，不會很鹹口味重是清爽的口感，但是又有蟹味的香甜💕是我吃過最好吃的料理方式！
