門口機台點餐，店內日式風格，小巧溫馨～ 但座位不多～有免費開水綠茶可以喝🍵 點了蛤蠣雞白拉麵和味玉雞白拉麵🍜糖心蛋一顆，湯頭濃郁，麵條口感軟硬適中，雞叉燒厚度不薄，整體享用很喜歡💕 店員也很熱情，會詢問是否需要加麵👍👍

道楽売店 位在西門町巷內的一家拉麵店，有多種拉麵口味可以選擇，需先在外面的小椅凳上候位服務人員會先提供菜單，待服務人員通知後就可以使用點餐機點餐， 內部裝潢比較復古，蠻有日本拉麵店的感覺😆 坐位不少，但偏小了一些（很適合一個人用餐👍），筷子及調味料需要自取，還有冰水可以飲用。 這次我是吃海老鶏白湯拉麵，麵體是粗麵，不能調整軟硬度但很有嚼勁😋，備料份量十足，有海老餛飩、溏心蛋、舒肥叉燒，湯頭不會太濃剛剛好，有櫻花蝦點綴，鮮味十足，下次會想試試海老沾麵。 我同行友人是點了味玉雞白湯拉麵以及味玉激辛豚骨拉麵，他們的麵體都是細麵，雞白湯味道清淡，適合口味清淡的朋友，味玉激辛豚骨是可以調整辣度，友人選擇微辣覺得剛剛好，喜歡吃辣的朋友或許可以挑戰更辣一些 我們也有點炸物，只是我忘了拍，點了炸牛肉餅跟兩顆炸牡蠣，味道都是剛剛好😊 整體來說拉麵味道很好，服務也不錯，推👍 Hidden Gem in Ximen – Authentic Ramen with Rich Flavor and Great Atmosphere ​Located in an alleyway in Ximen, Douraku Baiten is a ramen spot that truly captures the Japanese vibe with its retro interior. It’s a great place for solo diners, though the seating is a bit compact. ​【Ordering Process】 You’ll need to wait on the small stools outside first. The staff will provide a menu while you wait, and once called, you can use the vending machine inside to place your order. It's self-service for cutlery, condiments, and ice water. ​【The Food】 ​Ebi Tori Paitan (Shrimp Chicken Broth): I had this with thick noodles. While the noodle hardness isn't adjustable, they have a fantastic chewy texture. It’s loaded with toppings: shrimp wontons, soft-boiled egg, and sous-vide chashu. The broth is perfectly balanced and topped with dried sakura shrimp for an extra burst of seafood flavor. I’ll definitely try the dipping noodles (Tsukemen) next time! ​Friends' Choices: My friends tried the Tori Paitan and Spicy Tonkotsu. Both came with thin noodles. The chicken broth is light and clean—perfect for those who prefer milder flavors. For the Spicy Tonkotsu, the heat level is adjustable; the "mild spicy" was just right, but spice lovers could definitely go higher. ​Sides: We also ordered the fried beef patty and fried oysters. Both were freshly cooked and tasted great! ​Overall, the ramen is excellent, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended! 👍

🍜豚骨跟雞白湯都很讚 雞湯搭配雞胸跟肉片 豚骨搭配豬叉燒 配菜分別是豚骨的蔥花木耳跟雞湯的蔥絲洋蔥 從小細節的差異就能看出師傅的用心 不用加價就有溏心蛋還可以免費加一次麵 🦪炸牡蠣多汁也不腥 海味十足推推 🍚叉燒飯有限量 建議開店前就來排 超超好吃 不像外面都是美乃滋味的蓋飯 吃的到燒肉炙燒感 飯也粒粒分明 音樂又剛好是我愛的藤井風特輯 整體來說4.7/5有去西門都會想回訪的店👍

我點的是有海老混沌的拉麵 然後我覺得湯頭的蝦味確實十分帶勁 然後我還有加點叉燒飯 也是油香油香的 但這裡的味道對我來說都偏重 所以吃久了會有點小膩 但整體風味都很強
