巷弄裡的驚喜，厚實多汁的豬排饗宴！ 一直把這間「初.仨食」放在口袋名單中，雖然店家沒有接受訂位，抵達時現場也排了不少人（等約30分鐘）實際入內品嚐後，完全理解為什麼網路得到不少好的評價，等待絕對是值得的！ 這次點了**里肌豬排🥩**的原味與咖喱口味，另外還有我點的南蠻雞👍。里肌豬排的表現極其優異，外皮炸得金黃酥脆且完全不油膩，肉質厚實卻保有驚人的軟嫩度與肉汁，咬下去的斷面😅非常有誠意。原味豬排搭配盤上的碎鹽能帶出肉質本身的甜味；而咖喱醬汁濃郁香醇，配上軟硬適中的白飯，真的是白飯殺手！（咖喱沾醬拿來沾薯條也超好吃😋） 特別想提一下附餐飲料，透明圓滾滾的杯子造型真的特別吸睛，拿在手上有質感，看得出店家在餐具挑選上的小巧思，讓整份定食的視覺感提升了不少。 店內裝潢走的是日式簡約溫馨風，木質調的空間搭配暖色燈光，即便空間不大，用餐感受卻很放鬆、不壓迫。雖然要現場候位，但店家的候位流程很明確，服務態度也親切。這次的嚐鮮體驗果然沒有讓我失望，是間會想讓人回訪、推薦給朋友的優質小店！服務人員雖然很忙，但是也很樂意幫我們拍照👍 A Hidden Gem in the Alley: A Juicy Tonkatsu Feast! I’ve had "EAT 30" (初.仨食) on my bucket list for a long time. They don't take reservations, and there was quite a crowd when I arrived (about a 30-minute wait). But once I took that first bite, I completely understood the rave reviews—it was worth every minute! We tried the Pork Loin Cutlet (Loin Tonkatsu) 🥩 in both original and curry flavors, along with the Chicken Nanban 👍. The pork loin was outstanding—the golden crust was perfectly crispy and not greasy at all, while the meat remained incredibly thick, tender, and juicy. Pairing the original cutlet with a pinch of salt really highlights the pork’s natural sweetness. The curry was rich and aromatic, a true "rice stealer" (and it's surprisingly delicious as a dip for fries too! 😋). A special shout-out to the complimentary drinks—the spherical, crystal-clear cups are so eye-catching and feel great in your hand. It’s these small design touches that elevate the entire dining experience. The interior features a cozy, Japanese minimalist style with warm wood tones and lighting. Even though the space is intimate, it feels relaxed rather than crowded. The staff, despite being very busy, were incredibly friendly and even took a photo for us! 👍 If you’re looking for a high-quality meal with great vibes, I highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be back!

餐點： 南蠻雞 套餐$170 雞肉軟嫩、調味也很不錯（但稍微比較重適合配飯）。白飯也煮得香Q。小菜湯品不錯👌🏻 服務： 平日經過店內人多需要候位，但這次中午11:30去很幸運沒有等太久。不過店內似乎比較忙碌，僅一位店員有點分身乏術感。 氣氛： 小小的一間店還蠻溫馨的！
